Kahn, Soares & Conway, LLP's Personal Injury Group consists of 8 attorneys and an excellent support staff of paralegals, legal assistants and clerical personnel. The Personal Injury Group assists clients in all aspects of a personal injury claim, including, reviewed insurance coverage, filing claims, and settlement negotiations with insurance companies and at-fault parties. Also, we are fully prepared to litigate claims if necessary.
The attorneys in the group have extensive trial experience in a wide variety of personal injury cases such as motor vehicle accidents, wrongful death, slip and fall accidents, product liability and government tort claims. They have appeared at all levels of state court and have extensive experience in federal courts as well.
