The services we provide range from reviewing simple purchase and sale agreements to negotiating and drafting contracts for highly complex residential subdivisions and commercial developments. The Real Estate Group is experienced in preparing and modifying leases and subleases from residential rentals to complex shopping center leasing arrangements. The Group also has substantial experience in drafting consensual easements and rights-of-way agreements between parties and has utilized its expertise to assist clients in purchasing large rural tracts of land.
The Group skillfully assists parties in negotiating difficult and troublesome problems as well as complex real estate litigation involving such issues as boundary disputes; nuisance issues; encumbrance and lien priority problems; mechanics liens and contract fraud.
