RONALD P. JONES is a partner with KSC. His primary legal focus is real estate, contract law, corporate law and estate planning. He represents real estate developers, small to large homebuilders, general contractors and individuals; Êhe Ênegotiates and drafts specialty contracts of all kinds; and forms and advises corporations, general and limited partnerships, joint ventures and limited liability companies.

Ron earned his Juris Doctor degree from Boston University. Previously. Previously he obtained two Bachelor of Science degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Applied Mathematics concurrently from California State Polytechnic University in San Luis Obispo, California. While at Cal Poly, he was a member and Vice President of Kappa Mu Epsilon, a mathematics honor society. He then obtained a Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Southern California, specializing in Thermodynamics, Nuclear Engineering and Power Plant Design. Prior to law school, Ron worked in the family income tax preparation business and obtained his Enrolled Agent's Certificate from the Internal Revenue Service. Ron also lived in Italy for a year and a half and completed a year of Italian language studies in Perugia, Italy.

In addition to his law practice, Ron is a co-owner of tax preparation offices in Hanford, Corcoran and Lemoore, California, managed by his wife, Mary Beth. He is a Director and a past-President of the Home Builder's Association of Tulare and Kings County, and a past-Board Chairman of, and presently serves on the Real Estate Committee and Board of Directors for, Kings County's Economic Development Corporation. Ron participates in and supports various philanthropic activities in Kings and Tulare Counties, California.
