Sean Tannenbaum is Of Counsel to KSC. His concentration is estate planning, trust administration, and real estate law. Sean is admitted to practice before the Central District of California and the Northern District of California.

Sean has substantial experience advising trustees and beneficiaries in both litigation and non-litigation matters, and he regularly counsels clients on tax-efficient strategies for intergenerational wealth transfers.

Sean earned his Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School, and graduated summa cum laude from UC Irvine (B.A., English).

Sean is also a proud veteran of the United States Air Force Reserve where he served as a pilot flying the Boeing C-17.
