KSC presently consists of attorneys and government relations specialists, five of whom are registered governmental advocates, and five Of Counsel attorneys, as well as extensive support staff. With offices in Hanford, Sacramento and Salinas, California, we represent clients at both the state and national levels. The firm litigates before state and federal trial and appellate courts in California and other states, and regularly appears before the California State Legislature and numerous state and federal administrative agencies.
